Fire Watch Guards
Same-day coverage when your alarm is down and the clock is running.
Fire watch is almost always urgent. A sprinkler system is impaired, a fire alarm panel is offline, hot work is scheduled, or the fire marshal has issued an order and your building cannot legally stay occupied without a documented watch in place.
We dispatch fire watch officers across Los Angeles County, usually same day. Officers walk the required rounds on the required interval and keep the written log that your fire marshal and your insurance carrier are going to ask for.

In Practice
The log is the deliverable
The officer walking your building matters, but what protects you afterward is the record. If your sprinkler system was down for nine days, you need nine days of timestamped rounds showing the watch was actually maintained. Without it, you are exposed on code compliance and on any insurance claim that follows.
Our officers keep the log on site, in the format your authority having jurisdiction expects, and we retain a copy. When the inspector asks, the paperwork is there.
Requirements vary. Some jurisdictions want rounds every fifteen minutes, some every hour, some want two officers for a large footprint. Tell us what you were told, and if you were not told clearly, we will help you find out before we quote.
