What separates a good post from a warm body

Anyone can put a person in a chair. The difference shows up in the details: whether the officer knows your escalation contacts by name, whether the post orders reflect how your building actually works, whether reports arrive the next morning or three weeks later.

We write site-specific post orders before the first shift and walk the property with you. Officers are briefed on your access rules, your problem hours, your neighboring businesses, and exactly who to call at 2 a.m. When we rotate an officer, the replacement is briefed on the same document.

Supervisors make unannounced checks on every post. If an officer is asleep, on their phone, or off-position, we find out from our own supervisor before you ever have to call us about it.
