Why we started this company
Experts Protection Security Inc. is a new company. Our license was issued in 2026. The experience behind it is not new at all.
Our founder, Sabah Hussein, has spent more than 25 years in the security industry in California, including years of contract work protecting public facilities and parks for a municipal government. Running security across dozens of public sites teaches you things that no training manual covers: how quickly an unsupervised post degrades, how much of the job is documentation, and how fast a client stops trusting you when a guard does not show and nobody calls to say so.
This company was built to fix the specific things that go wrong in this industry. Not to be the cheapest. Not to be the biggest. To be the one where the officer is actually on post, the supervisor actually checks, and the report actually reaches you.
We are licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services under PPO 122783, we carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and we will hand you the paperwork for both before your first shift.

How We Operate
Four things we do not compromise on
Say the honest number
If a property needs two officers, we quote two. If it needs randomized patrol instead of the armed post you called about, we say that, even though it is the smaller job.
Supervise the post
An unsupervised guard is a liability wearing a uniform. Our supervisors run unannounced checks around the clock, including the shifts nobody wants to work.
Document everything
Daily activity reports, timestamped patrol logs, and photo-documented incident reports. If it is not written down, it did not happen.
Answer the phone
At 3 a.m. on a holiday weekend, someone picks up. That is the whole business. Everything else is detail.
Appearance
How our officers show up
A uniform is the first thing anyone on your property sees. Ours is black, police-style, pressed, and consistent, because an officer who looks the part prevents incidents that a casual one does not.
Badge on the chest
The Experts Protection Security badge — the red eagle over the shield — is worn on the chest of every officer’s black uniform shirt. Anyone on your property can see immediately who they are dealing with.
Patch on both shoulders
The round company patch is worn on both sleeves, left and right, so an officer is identifiable from any angle, including on camera and from a distance.
Black police-style uniform
Black shirt and black trousers, pressed at all times, polished shoes, and a duty belt with radio. Officers are clean-shaven and held to the same standard on every shift.
High-visibility vest on construction
Officers on construction and industrial sites wear an ANSI Class 2 high-visibility green safety vest over the uniform, with a hard hat, so they are visible to equipment operators and compliant with your site rules.
Dressed to the environment
For executive protection and some retail assignments we work low-profile in business attire instead. We match the posture to what the site actually needs.
