We are building a roster of officers who take the post seriously. If you hold a current California Guard Card and you actually show up, we want to talk to you.
Working Here
Most guard companies treat officers as interchangeable. You get a text with an address, no briefing, and no idea who to call when something happens. Then you get blamed when it goes wrong.
We do it differently because it is the only way the service actually works. You get written post orders before your first shift, a supervisor whose number you have, and a straight answer about your schedule.
We also expect a lot. Post on time, in uniform, off your phone, reports written before you leave. If that sounds reasonable to you, we will get along.
Open Positions
Availability changes constantly as we take on new contracts. If your role is not listed, call anyway.
Standing posts at retail, office, residential, and industrial properties across the Valley and greater Los Angeles. Day, swing, and graveyard shifts available.
Higher-responsibility posts at jewelry, cannabis, financial, and high-value retail sites. Requires a current exposed-firearm permit and documented requalification.
Marked-vehicle patrol running randomized routes across multiple client sites, with alarm response and lock-up service. Mostly overnight.
Running unannounced post checks, covering call-offs, training new officers, and being the person a client can reach at 3 a.m. This is the job the whole company depends on.
